One heck of a ride
I bring a unique outlook to coaching, having both British and New Zealand roots, a platform that allowed me to race around the globe for 15 years at the highest level for road, cyclocross and mountain biking.
I am part of small percentage of female cyclists who have competed in world cups and world championships across 3 disciplines (road, cross and mountain bike). I have raced numerous international UCI road races/tours (Europe/USA/NZ), ridden for professional UCI teams, and have finished alongside some of the best riders in the world, including world champions and Olympic gold medallists.
My skill as a coach is to motivate you to aspire to more, and then more again. My road to success was long and arduous, trialling numerous training techniques before hitting the jackpot in my early to mid-30s. That experience has given me a phenomenal pool of resources and knowledge for training, a special edge of tenacity, determination and a ‘never quit’ attitude. I truly believe the sky is the limit — there is always a way to go further if the desire is there, whether that's to shave some time off your next sportif, hit the podium at the nationals or world domination...

Most memorable riding experience
Racing up the Manayak climb in the prestigious UCI Liberty Classic, with fans 6–7 rows deep cheering you on while the smell of bbq wafts through the peloton.
Worst riding experience
Arriving at the wrong airport in Belgium after one of the hardest races I've ever done, not being able to access funds, starving for 24 hours and sleeping on the airport floor while trying to clutch a bike bag and suitcase.
